Responsibilities and Qualifications

Provide first-class customer service and a warm and welcoming environment
Have a passion for making people feel fabulous
Possess a positive attitude and a knack for helping clients feel at ease
Bring a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous spray tan experience (or a willingness to learn)
Motivation to continually train and improve and stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
Cosmetology or Esthetician license a plus (but not required)

Total compensation includes a base hourly rate, commission on each tan & retail sales and 100% retention of tips (average $30-$40/hr)
